Refund policy

We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for items that have been used or damaged after delivery. Any return request must be made before using the product and must include the necessary elements allowing us to assess its validity.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide any justification. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
